We specifically booked a double room with a balcony and on arrival we were put into quite a dark and dingy room with no balcony, they assured us we would be ‘upgraded’ the following day (to the room we had actually paid for), there wasn’t an apology once for their mistake. We were left waiting all day the next day to move room, they keys saying in an hour, and it wasn’t till 4pm we finally moved. This aside, the room we eventually got was good, nice pool area and cool rustic feel. It did the job but if you want a more luxurious pool bar etc there may be better options - but all in all it’s a great setting and we had a good stay, despite the initial frustration.
