”Exellent service and facilities! Conrad team was helpfull for any request we had. Nice pool was bonus for our visit. Good restaurants and high quality food. Would come back when visiting in Pune.”

Breakfast should start at 7 AM, first mornings of my staying everything wasn't ready until 7:20. Later mornings breakfast was almost ready at 7.
Extremely annoying western pop music startet every morning around 7 and same record/ song was still playing (too loud) when I came back to hotel at the evening. Same song/ record playing all 10 days what my staying lasted.
Not very nice surroundings, but it is India.

Positive: Rooms clean and quiet. Breakfast nice.
Negative: Pool not inviting and totally different kind of looking than in pictures. In reality covered with some strange temporary slum roof. Also hotel is missing the final touch. Maintenance is not according international standards.
