”The hotel and room were clean, room was spacious. Breakfast should start at 7 AM, first mornings of my staying everything wasn't ready until 7:20. Later mornings breakfast was almost ready at 7. Extremely annoying western pop music startet every morning around 7 and same record/ song was still playing (too loud) when I came back to hotel at the evening. Same song/ record playing all 10 days what my staying lasted. Not very nice surroundings, but it is India. Wi-fi was miserable. Good enough...

There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager. ”I stayed 5 nights at this hotel comfortably. Airport Transfer: The pickup was very smooth. Although it took some time to get back my checked luggage, the driver patiently waited for me. Room Cleanliness: The staff kept the room clean every day. Breakfast: There was a wide selection of Western-style dishes, and the vegetables and fruits were fresh. They kindly provided takeout coffee cups so I could enjoy it in my room.”

”Nice clean, friendly hotel conveniently located a 8 min walk from the main train and bus station but don’t worry it’s on a quiet street and don’t hear the above. The breakfast is good and varied, the restaurant serves a wide variety of food to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and helpful so I would recommend this hotel and when I’m back in Pune this will be my first port of call.”

In reality covered with some strange temporary slum roof. Also hotel is missing the final touch. Maintenance is not according international standards. I would give only 3 stars to the hotel.”
