”All was clean and very pretty looking. Staff were polite, especially Miss Sinha who appeared on the last day and helped me get to my destination near Ubud. It was not her job but she helped me.
Unfortunately, a few minors point. The room smell damp and rather dark even when it was sunny. It was a room down on the ground floor.
The hotel is beautiful but in the middle of nowhere and near no tourists sight nor anywhere to eat. It takes at least three hours to get there from the airport in the...

”Very ambient hotel. Friendly service and Communication worked smootly via whatsap. We got upgrated cause there was some maintenance im the room we had paid for. Best hotel room i have ever stayed in.
Breakfast was decent. Ordered pasta bolognese and avokado wrap from the restaurant, those was not good..
Gym was very unadequate. Not even treadmill. Couple small dumbbells. If you have gym at least equip it properly.”

”They picked us up at the airport exactly on time. Your driver was amazing.
The driver took us for a whole day tour of ubed. Took us to all the highlights.

”This property is very clean & beautiful. We stayed in the Seraya villa which was very private with a gorgeous jungle view. The pool & patio area were great! The staff was very accommodating & we had a yummy breakfast delivered to our villa. The gym was nice with the jungle view. There is nothing within walking distance so you will need to hire a driver. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay. ”

”Loistava hotelli ja loistava henkilökunta. Huoneet olivat siistejä ja tilavia. Hotellin allas-alue oli hieno ja hotellin ravintola erinomainen. Henkilökunta oli joka puolella todella ystävällistä. Hotelli sijaitsee syrjässä, mutta hotellilla on paljon tekemistä mm. black sand spa oli ihana hemmotteluun. Hotellilta oli myös mahdollista mennä ilmaisella kuljetuksella lähi alueille.”
