”Todella miellyttävän rauhallinen hotelli. Henkilökunta todella avuliasta. Ilman pyytämättä esittelivät keskustan nähtävyydet sekä edullisen parkkipaikan, joka oli vielä aivan nähtävyyksien välittämässä läheisyydessä.”

”Perus siistit huoneet, on tullut oltua useamminkin. Ilmastointi on poissa käytöstä kesäajan ulkopuolella ja viimeksi huone oli vähän liiankin lämmin. Sijainti ihan ok ja autolla liikkuessa on lisämaksusta tarjolla hallipaikka joka on ollut osa syynä hotellin valintaan. Ympäristöstä parkkipaikkaa saa hakea.”

”First the entrance to the reception area was quite grand, and next to the area is the pretty pool srea in a private courtyard. Check in process was smooth and fast, the receptionist was nice and attentive. Also the morning shift receptionist was very friendly! ”The staff was superb and friendly and helped whatever you wanted to ask in any time of the day. Location great especially if you are travelling by train. If you are planning to spend time on the old town and moving by car, then I would recommend some other hotel in Tarragona. The breakfast was included and it was fine for us. Hotel room was a bit small, but if you're not planning on spending all your time on the room, its fine. Especially the laundry option in here is worth of mention: cheap...

”Ok, for one night. Breakfast was, also room was nice. The big minus comes from service, all the staff seems to need some passion for the work, would it bee too hard to say (for example) welcome? The customer has to ask every single thing (web, breakfast....) and and even if you speak spanish, you need to repeat your question several times. Someone, call Gordon Ramsay, please!”
