Its location is exceptional. We were able to get around easily. The shopping was close and the coffee shop nextdoor is perfect. I loved the balcony and appreciated the washer and dryer. All around a fabulous apartment with a wonderful host ”

”Working with Graciela was a pleasure. The property was perfect This property was perfect for our week of Spanish language class close by. It is in a great quiet neighborhood with grocery and shopping, dining close to/ in the Arena complex. It is also very convenient to the red, blue and green metro stations. We really appreciated the coffee, milk, water and wine on our arrival... a very nice touch. We would definitely book again our next visit.”

”We had a fantastic stay in Barcelona! Property is as described. Very clean and quaint 3br, 2ba apartment in a lovely,safe building close to everywhere we wanted to be. We were able to walk to sites, restaurants and even home from the beach (1.3mi or so).Antonio was Amazing with communication, responding very quickly to all messages. We had an early day arrival so rented from the night prior and he met us early on our arrival day for check in. Espresso was a kind welcome on our day of arrival and...

”The apartment was very lovely with plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed the long dining tables for group meals and socializing. Minor issue with one of the a/c units but the owner was there to help. Kitchen was great, lots of dishes etc and all appliances worked. I would recommend this unit to any family needing lots of room. A great, safe area as well. ”

Antonio is a great host, he met us at the apartment, and was very quick to respond to questions before and during our stay.A good location to visit the city, however the big downside is a lot of noise, both from other residents in the building and from the street, which goes on well into the night and starts up very early morning. ”

”Muy recomendable, perfectamente ubicado a dos calles del museo Dali y en el epicentro del comercio peatonal y centro histórico de la ciudad. Perfecto para parejas, en nuestro caso con dos niños que apañamos en el sofacama. Cocina supercompleta, lavadora, lavaplatos, nevera, etc. La zona es muy transitada, por lo que te obliga a dormir con ventanas y puertas cerradas, pero tiene aire acondicionado. Esta totalmente reformado y extremadamente limpio. Preparate para aparcar en los alrededores y...
