”Staff brilliant, room fit for purpose and clean, parking on site limited , ( always been lucky when we stay). Breakfast is absolutely fantastic a must have when staying. Easy walk through park to centre or via road, bus stops up a steep walkway for the able people or round road for others, ( I managed slop with a crutch) .”

”Superb breakfast and dinner previous evening.Room was spotless. Parking was secure, a plus point. In all, a short and very pleasant stay.Would definitely recommend a stay at The Bridge House Hotel.”

”Breakfast was excellent, dinner however is a different kettle of fish. To charge £4.00 for 5 onion rings was actually a rip off. Over the two dinners we had in the hotel service was inadequate. Bringing out two dishes separately because one meal wasn’t ready. I’m expecting decent service and pulling the staff off the reception desk to run the and wait table is unprofessional and rediculous.”

”Mukava vanhan ajan majatalo, joka sopi sijainniltaan hyvin yöpymispaikaksi matkalla kanaalisaarille (n. 10 min kävelyn päässä Poolen satamasta). Huoneessa ei muuta moittimista kuin vanhanaikaiset ikkunat, joiden äänieristys oli olematon ja jo loppukesän yönä huone oli melko viileä. Korvatulpat takasivat silti rauhalliset unet. Aamupala hyvä brittiaamiainen ja henkilökunta niin respassa kuin aamupalalla oli kohteliasta.”

”We had a panorama sea view, which was excellent, but we had to share the balcony with the next door neigbours, which we found annoying and strange. The location was great on the top of the fill and only about 15 minutes walk from the center. The pool of neighbor hotel (which we were able to use fro free) was very nice (both indoor and outdoor), and the water even +31 celcius! The staff at the hotel were friendly, but did not give on impression of very high-quality hotel. They were very young and...

”Not a luxury hotel but for the price its pretty good. The room layout is similar to a chain hotel room and it was clean and tidy. The staff were great and always friendly. I never ate here so cant comment on the food. They have entertainment on at the weekends which you can hear in your rooms but its not excessive and finished at 10 pm each night. I would happily stay here again if i found myself in the area. ”

”From the moment we arrived the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The food was excellent. The lovely dinners made the stay special. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative was that the WiFi in our room was not good and kept dropping off.”

”My room was very good the staff make this place Harry the assistant manager was very good the food was good and reasonable had a drink in the bar the atmosphere was very good and the regulars were friendly ”

”Good location for the beach. 7min walk to where you get down to the beach. Hotel building is old, so rooms could do some renovation. Thin walls, you can hear your next door neighbours, so remember to bring your ear plugs! Outdoor pool is a plus! Food was good. Staff was friendly and welcoming. You can use the indoor pool for free at the next door hotel, but their staff were not friendly or helpful at all.”

”I'm sure the hotel has had its glory days, but those days have been left in the 60's. Nowadays it is in a fairly bad shape. My single room was badly worn out, uncomfortably small with an uncomfortable bed. Also, the wi-fi connection was non-existent in my room, but worked in the lobby area. Fortunately, at least the breakfast was ok.”

”Staff are always extremely helpful and help make the stay enjoyable. Room is basic but has everything you need. Breakfast is great and they also cater for the dog too! ”
