A charming 50-square-meter apartment, ideal for 5 guests, located a 3-minute walk from the “Golf Club Senza Confini,” known in the winter as the Paruzzi Arena, which is used for cross-country skiing. Tarvisio, located in the heart of the Julian Alps, offers breathtaking scenery and a wide variety of hiking trails. The apartment is a cozy and comfortable retreat, perfect for those seeking an active vacation in nature.



The apartment is located on the second floor of a building equipped with an elevator.

The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, American-style coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juicer, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, Smart TV (with Netflix);

- BEDROOM with a king-size bed and a queen-size bed;

- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, dryer, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, a coat rack, and a hair dryer.

One covered parking space reserved for guests is available.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.



Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.
