”Expedia’s description said our room would have a stove to cook on but when we arrived that was not the case. The hotel said they couldn’t fix it because we booked through a third party. The lady at the desk every time I went by or called was not friendly at all. We did have a fridge, microwave and a few dishes but no dish soap was provided. We had to buy our own dish soap because even after asking they never brought any. They also took all of the dish rags and never gave us another in return....

”So many postiives to write here. 1-the location is superb. One block from the water and a couple of blocks walk to some of the best restaurants in town. The Oyster bar was so good we visited twice. 2- The B and B is perfect. A very warm host who instantly made you feel at home. There is a happy hour with draft beer every day! 3- The room is perfectly spacious, immaculately clean 4- Whatever you need, the host will provide. ”The property was newly renovated and very clean. Pool was clean and maintained daily. The hotel is convenient to the beach. The lobby is not staffed for the majority of the time. There was no room service the three days during our stay. Towels were not kept in stock at the pool. When asked for fresh towels a staff member said they would bring some but never did.”
