”Upgraded to a suite and it was absolutely perfect for my husband's Birthday surprise. Clean, spacious room, staff excellent especially Sam on reception she was so helpful and also the lovely girls on the Spa reception. Breakfast was brilliant with a great choice. Will definitely stay again.”

”I stayed here for 6 nights. As I intended to work from my room during my stay, I requested a too. With a decent desk which was provided. The room itself was very nice, clean with an option of daily refresh and clean. My breakfast was always hot and tasty and the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional.I would like to single out the lady who was running the breakfast on Saturday 29th November. She was really great. I didn't get her name but she deserves a mention here”

”Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Siisti huone - ei suuri, mutta riittävä parin yön yöpymisiin. Outoa oli, että suihkusta loppui lämmin vesi jo alle viiden minuutin suihkun jälkeen. Monipuolinen aamiainen, mutta valitettavasti leikkeleet ja juustot olivat edellispäiväisiä. Sijainti hyvä, jos lähdet tai tulet Manchesterin lentokentälle. ”

”Loistava hotelli Manchesterin lentokentän kupeessa. Hotellilta aamulla lentokentä kuljetus kestää noin 5-8min. Loistava palvelu ja erittäin mukavat huoneet hintaan nähden. Varasin ajoissa ja hinta oli todella yöpymisen arvoinen. Lämmin vastaanotto Hotelliin ja hyvä palvelu myös Hotellin ravintolassa. Aamupalaa en kokeillut, kun lento lähti aikaisin aamulla.”

”A hidden gem. Staff make the difference with their welcoming arrival and food was lovingly prepared catering for vegetarian and pescatarian. The room was super cosy clean and catered for all essentials a cup of tea or coffee is much needed. Everything was lovely thank you to all the staff every one of you are an asset to the hotel and pub. We will visit again. ”

”We had a very nice stay. The room was clean and very well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the area fairly quiet. It’s a short walk into town, so very conveniently positioned. The staff were very helpful and responsive, even agreeing to a late check out at short notice which was much appreciated. I would certainly stay here again and I recommend it to others.”
