Enchanting old farm house with spectacular views

Old farm house which can accommodate a family of 12, comfortably. Games room, Hot Tub & large BBQ set in a beautiful location with stunning views to relax the most stressed! Our experience was faultless with all family members, from 17 to 80yrs old, thoroughly enjoying the facilities & location - great party venue!

A wonderful farm house in a beautiful setting. We had a lovely time here for my husband’s 50th birthday, the house was great for our family group of 15, plenty of space and a couple of lovely large tables we could all gather around. The house had everything we needed and was very clean.

Best weekend at Rock Farm

Rock farm is a beautiful property located in the Quantock hills of Somerset. It was the perfect house to celebrate a special 80th birthday for my father in law. The house is huge and very comfortable for 15 people. The annexe across the courtyard was perfect for one of the families to stay in. We were very lucky because we had the most amazing weather for our stay. The views of the fields/hills were absolutely stunning. Definitely recommend staying at this house for a family celebration.

Lovely farmhouse, definitely recommend!

Nice rooms, most with ensuites. Living room had a really nice log burner and was spaceous enough for 11 comfortably. I would definitely recommend a stay!

Family reunion

Such a beautiful and picturesque location has to be witnessed. There are spectacular views and walks from the site. The property is a converted farm dwelling, which has been done very well with lots of quality rooms and amenities. The garden has a large outdoor table and benches adjacent to the BBQ and hot tub, so an ideal social hub. However, there is no shade and as we were there in 35c plus weather, we did miss some shade. Also, the underfloor heating wouldn't turn off, which made using the dining room a challenge in the heat. The owners did come out and sort this once they knew about it. The games room has some cooling, which was very welcome. We had a wonderful family holiday and would definitely recommend it as a peaceful and comfortable place to stay.

Fantastic place with stunning views

Starting to need a little TLC. The hot tub lid is broken. There are missing dimmer switches and screws out of wardrobe door handles. In the games room the perspex glass on the side of the pool table was smashed and no ends on the queues. The dartboard wasnt fixed on the wall properly and not all the players work properly on the football table. Also had to rewire the karaoke plug. None of this ruined our stay as its a beautiful property with stunning views.

Incredible weekend with friends

The house was absolutely incredible. The rooms were gorgeous and so comfortable, and we couldn't have asked for a better weekend to have a fun and relaxing time with the group of friends. There was so much space for us to spend time together, but also have some quiet moments. We enjoyed the lovely views of the Somerset countryside from the hot tub and can't wait to return in the future!

Excellent property, well stocked kitchen utensils for cooking for 12. Gladly stay here again.

Fabulous property with amazing views

Very high spec property in an incredible location. Ideal for large groups. We used it for 14 people to celebrate a birthday. It had everything we needed for a fun filled weekend. The hot tub was a huge hit.

Family break

Perfect, great house, views are amazing. Plenty of space for everyone. Very clean and welcoming. The hot tub was a favourite for everyone. Great walks nearby. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

Absolutely stunning

Stunning farm no expense spared, absolute luxury, a lot of thought has gone into making sure everything you could ever need is there.. beautifully decorated with luxurious white company toiletries, stunning kitchen , 2 log burners with logs provided, thoughtful welcome pack with local ciders and loads more .. I can’t wait to revisit

Beautiful Place

We had a family get together and this was an ideal place to have it. The main property was plenty big enough to have us all in (17) without crowding. The other building was fine for the extra bedrooms. The furnishing was comfortable to relax in, and the bedrooms had plenty of space and the en-suites were well designed. The kitchen in the main property was well equipped our only concern we had was there being no food storage space as all the cupboards had things in them. There was plenty of fridge and freezer space. The views were wonderful and the hot tub was a winner. The games room would have been great if the pool table and the football game did not have broken legs.
