QHouse is a spacious and modern apartment for rent in Taviano, for vacations in the Gallipoli area.
The result of recent renovation, the house is complete with all accessories: air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, mosquito nets, electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher, etc.
The vacation apartment offers up to 6 beds. Pets are allowed.

Vacation apartment QHouse is introduced by a lovely veranda with a gate.
The
entrance hall acts as a disengagement between all the rooms that make
up the house. The living area is a large living room with 1 sofa bed for two people, open kitchen, table and chairs for dining.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, including 1 double and 1 twin with single bed + single armchair bed.
Completing the apartment are 2 shower rooms.

QHouse is a convenient solution for spending family vacations in the
area of Gallipoli. The apartment is located in the town of Taviano, a
lovely municipality that offers all the main services, a lovely historic
center and several summer street events.
The nearest beaches are
those of Marina di Mancaversa, but in just 10 minutes you can also reach
the famous beaches of Gallipoli, Baia Verde and Lido Pizzo with Punta
della Suina.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
