”Very nice place with helpful staff. Our flight was cancelled and we booked at 9pm. This was after hours it was hard to give a time for our arrival, but Simone stayed and helped us in - even though we arrived almost at 11pm. The day we should leave they also let us stay and helped arrange transport to the hotel. ”It was sad that the weather was cold, rainy and windy so we coudn't enjoy the Hotel and the beach very well. Bungalow was nice but it was very cold even we warmer it. We ate at Restaurant, it was so cold we were freezing. I asked for promised discount -10% -and showed my hotel voucher were it said- but they said they know nothing about it!? That the Restaurant is completely separate than the Hotel..... Breakfast was very good but it was still really freezing. Everyone had to keep jackets on....

”This was one of the best vacations we have ever had in this resort. The beach was one of the best I’ve spent 14 days at, the pool was nice too. The amenities they provided like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion all acqua Parma high end products. I had a spacious room and housekeeping came twice a day and did a great job.
