”Room was small. Ancillary service for the room was provided every three days. Carpet in the common area needs to be replaced. Bathroom was remodeled and bed was clean.”

”The staff was friendly and informative. The breakfast room was great!! So many options and clean. The room was ok for our two day stay however, it needed to be deep cleaned. There was dust noticeable on headboard, dirty floor boards. There were ants in the bathroom shower and a spider on the wall. Pest control is needed. Great location for visiting the Taylor area. The motel is next to a main Hwy so you could hear loud vehicles quite late into the night. Guests were loud out in the part lot late...

”Very nice property, clean and modern. Good breakfast. The only unusual thing was that they do not have in-room coffee makers. Instead they have two very nice 24 hour coffee brewing machines in the lobby. Sometimes you don't want to get dressed and go to the lobby right after getting up to get your coffee. Of course, it DOES taste better...”

”My husband and I stayed at the Heritage Inn for one night with our dog as we were in town for work. Overall, we had a great experience until we got locked out of our room for almost 2 hours .. First thing to note, when booking on Expedia it does not clearly state this but not all rooms are pet friendly. We were messaged by the property stating this and unfortunately, the room we booked was not pet friendly. The manager ultimately allowed us to keep our room though! Our coworkers stayed at...

”We thought the room would be more updated. Bed and pillows were not at all comfortable and very old. Staff was great. Place was clean. Not the best maintained.”

”Traffic noise is absolutely horrible and the pool lights are shining directly into the room. We asked if there was a different room but was told, "no"; so much for paying for a suite. Plus a trash bag of garbage had been sitting out for 24 hours from an adjoining room and housekeeping did nothing. Not was I am used to with a Marriott Hotel, this was totally below standards.”
