We love staying here and always do when in Susanville. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and the bed is super comfortable. We do however miss the microwave and coffee maker in the room. I have a hard time walking and it’s a bit much to go down to the lobby for those items to ...

Didn't try the breakfast. The room was very nice. Good tv and channels. Comfortable bed. Handrail in bathtub was helpful. Different than some comfort suites in that it's a bit more like motel style, but still rooms accessed by a hallway and they do have luggage carts. Nice pizza place right across ...

Sadly, this very nice Inn is flawed by the lack of ANY Wi-Fi and the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. Long hairs covering the floor and in the bath. The staff could have been more accommodating when advised there was no internet at all. The Wi-Fi password is nicereviewplz
