”This motel was clean and has the rustic charm of old Cape Cod. The grounds are beautiful with marsh views and kayaks available free of charge. Room decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The owner lives on site and is very accommodating. We would definitely stay the night again!”

”Units 3A,3B,2A, and 2B all have private decks facing the bay and beach. The in house resteraunt was lovely and the food superb. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We're planning to return next year.”

”Location/location/location. I wished this place had more amenities and I would Love it more. Breakfast was there but I can say not the best. Coffee was harsh and the toaster didn’t work. The staff was awesome and very helpful. Parking was easy and dining options all around. The room was a little dirty but I keep wipes and was able to wipe the dusty side table(and everywhere else) :)”

”The owner was helpful and friendly. The place was so unique and interesting. It’s amazing how they were able to convert a church into a lovely inn using all the original woodwork. Our room was large and had original stained glass windows. My husband and I plan to return.”

”The room was a nice size room for 4, clean but there wasn't enough bath towels for 4 just 2 and it would have been nicer if there were bigger. They had shampoo and conditioner put it just a small packet but again not enough for 4 people. There's a great store nearby called thr Ocean State Job Lot on 285 Main Street on Buzzards Bay with excellent prices on bath sheet towels $8.99/each. They have great restaurants one called the Pilot House 20 mins away, Loafy Loft with great Vietnamese ice...

”We stayed here four nights in June. Hotel is very comfortable, absolutely clean and we liked the place a lot. Girls loved the swimming pool. There is a very good breakfast place nearby called Marshland and nice cafes (that close early) in Sandwich. It is a good place for exploration of the part of Cape Cod nearer to mainland. We reached the nice restaurants at Wellfleet, the Town Neck Beach nearby and the beaches at Cape Cod National Seashore from here easily on the daily exploration trips. The...
