Staff were nice. The hotel is quite far the port and it was not possible to get food and/or drink services at the hotel.

A lovely hotel, very clean, colourful and calming. The spa and thermal pool are wonderful and the rooftop pool has a beautiful view of the tree topped hillside. The staff are the really impressive part of the stay however, incredibly nice and smiley, helpful and understanding. The only possible drawback would be its location if you plan on moving around the island a lot, as it’s elevated on the hillside. I didn’t mind this at all though, and the shuttle service helped a lot.
