The holiday home ‘Finca Bellavista’ is located in a quiet area in Teguise. The spacious house with a view of the valley consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms as well as 5 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a washing machine. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. The highlight of this property is definitely its expansive, private outdoor area. This includes a garden, terraces, a heated pool, an outdoor shower and a covered barbecue area. The house also boasts gym equipment and a sauna for ultimate relaxation. In 6 minutes driving you will reach the centre of Teguise with restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets. Furthermore, Playa El Ancla beach in Costa Teguise is a 22-minute drive away (21 km) and in just 22 minutes (23.5 km) driving you will arrive at Lanzarote airport.



Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. The property has a garage available for parking.

This property does not have air conditioning.



Please note that there are cameras for security purposes on the property:

- They are Securitas Direct Alarm surveillance photodetectors.

- There is 1 in the parking lot, 2 in the main hall and 1 on the second floor.

- They are activated in case of intrusion, only when the alarm is activated and they visualize them from the alarm receiving center.

- They do not make recordings. They only take photos, so that they can check the reason for the alarm and send them to the police.
