A spacious layout and boasts two balconettes with beaitiful views, a roof terrace leading out from the second bedroom perfect for watching the golden and pink sunsets. Not only does the property have everything you need, so does the town, location and amenities. I guarantee you won't want to leave. it really is a home away from home.

this property is beautifully decorated with the first floor being a spacious and large open kitchen, dining room and living room. its a home from home and perfect for cooking the local produce on your doorstep with everything you need for the family for your culinary needs. We have children's crockery and a high chair and travel cot with mattress if needed. I want it to be adult and family appropriate for everyone.
Theres a perfect lounge with a comfy large sofa, perfect after a day in the sun to relax on looking out on the balconette and views of the thriving back triangle atmosphere. The sofa turns into I would say a king sofa bed, in a lovely quiet area at night. Family size blanket for all your family snuggling needs.
Upstairs boasts two generous bedrooms. The master bedroom has a balconette with estuary views but also the offers the privacy you need. The second bedroom perfect for adults and children is a lovely space and light and airy with a patio door to lead on to the sun trap roof terrace with alot of privacy and often beautiful sunsets and the sound of the nesting seagulls who are all respectful on the property roof. As we offer use of a washing machine and close dryer, its perfect for drying your towels. Each room has a wardrobe and hanging area, and lovely mirrors through out the property, aswell as coat hooks, nautical lighting cascading from the wooden beams throughout the property. Linen and towels provided to maximise the comfort of your stay, leaving with you less to worry about or pack. also some welcome coffees, tea hot chocolate to give you a drink after travelling.
The bathroom has a deep bath with accessibility rails. there are two showers in the bath, with one mobile shower head and a large rain style stationary shower head. perfect for individual needs. There is a step for your little people to reach the sink.
The bathroom has a lare bason and mirror also.

we are central to local towns, Sheldon is a ferry away from the back beach for small change operating all summer back and forth,
we have the neighbouring towns of Ringmore, torquay, Paignton, dawlish then exeter for your shopping and restaurant needs. We are located a 10 minute walk from the train station and there are many local buses, ferries and train links linking you to all South West devon has to offer.
The property is counted as sea front but is a 30 second walk away from the quaint, vibrant harbour, back beach and estuart with astounding views if shaldon and ring. alot of family friendly live music and small festivals. The back beach links to the front beach which is perfect for rock pools, younger children, sunbathing and long sea walks. the front beach is also a stone throw away to the play/splash park. tennis, mini golf, ice creams, cafe and the local green. The green has events running all summer for adults and children a like. It brings the whole town together and its an amazing vibe and atmosphere for any age. There is something to do for everyone and so much to see and experience. I am happy to offer any local advice and we have advertisements of different events and what's on in Teignmouth and surrounding events.
Although a smaller town we do have regular branded shops from Whetherspoos to Lidl. Theres local bakeries, cafes, cocktail bars, pubs, restaurants, and bespoke shops including local artists and bespoke shopping in Teignmouth, be ready for friendly welcomes and faces all around.
Come rain or whine this property is a unique location, and a perfect property for all year round. Great value and situated in the heart of the historic Jurassic Coast, with many a beach to explore, all offering a different experience.
