”Very good if going to a conference next door or even for the centre, beey secure as guards check any cars coming to the compound, shares car park with Holiday Inn next door. Very comfy rooms , no fuss check in. Breakfast is a bit basic but very sufficient and not crowded when I went just before 8. Water pressure in shower was brilliant but there should be a door or curtain in the shower enclosure. Very effective air conditioning. Internet on the slower side but sufficient for browsing and single...

”In the main the hotel and staff were great. Our only issue was (what appeared to be?) poor sound insulation to the room, so when other guests were off to bed after midnight, voices in the corridor and banging of bedroom doors sounded as if our room door was wide open (which of course it wasn’t!)”

”A nice room above a nice pub. Breakfast isn't included, but it's a short walk into Ironbridge for all the cafes and shops there. The car park is huge but it also a popular spot for drinkers by the river. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was noisy until pub closing, but this wasn't a problem as it is a room above a pub.”

”Simple straight forward, pick up keys and enjoy the area. The pub offer some tasty choices and Apple desert ticks the box. Room was large without being too big and with windows front and back plenty of natural light. Heating was just right with an additional portable heater if needed, but didn't need it. They also provide an Iron and Ironing board which is a nice touch. My one niggle was there is no heating in the bathroom, as the weather was mild it's not an issue but come November it might,...

”This was a really good experience from the welcome reception until we left. The food was of a high quality. Our room was very clean, well decorated and spacious which enabled our black Labrador to settle easily. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Fabulous value for money. ”The hotel was a bit tired upstairs but downstairs had been fully decorated & was modern & different. Our room was at the back so it was quiet but as it had no window there was no fresh air & it smelt a bit of cigarette smoke too. The bed was ok & the bathroom was fine. There was tea & coffee & a tv but no signal so dont know if it worked ! We paid extra for breakfast which was really tasty especially the sausages! The staff were all friendly & hard working.”

”What a wonderful place…Jules was an incredible host nothing was too much trouble. Home baked cakes in our room every day lovely touch! Breakfast was excellent, she catered for all diets, vegan, gluten free. There were 2 fellow guests who were totally unreasonable and seemed to moan about everything! Such a shame when Jules and her son Andreas went above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Some people are only happy when they’re moaning! If you see a negative review dismiss it….Heritage View...
