”My 14 year-old son and I spent 5 nights in this 5-star condo in Telluride. The space itself is immaculate; kitchen appliances top of the line (Fisher & Paykel fridge; Bosch dishwasher, etc.); furnishings beautiful and comfortable. The views are breathtaking. Peaks (the resort) is wonderful: enjoyed the restaurant and bar; fireplace in the grand lobby; and the spa. And it's a 2 minute walk across the street to wonderful Mountain Village. We would come back again and again!”

The king bed mattress and couch cushions are in need of replacement, but do not diminish the overall quality of the property.”

”We decided to book a quick weekend in Telluride to enjoy the weather and balloon festival. This property was perfect for just two adults who spent most of the day out and about. Super quick walk into town from the property. Highly recommend if you’re not going to hang out at the house during the day. It’s small, but met our needs perfectly. Kitchen is stocked with enough supplies to cook with and sincerely appreciated the k-cups for the morning! Overall, great stay.”

”Avant stay was very responsive and helpful leading up to our stay. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. The only things that would have been nice would have been a heads up on the construction directly across the alley which began every morning at 7am with loud workers hammering/sawing. However there is construction ongoing around town. It wouldn’t have changed where we stayed but a head up for next time. Otherwise the house was located in a great spot to bike or walk anywhere in town!...
