Upstairs, three of the four bedrooms offer sleek ensuites—one with a cedar soaking tub and shower, the other with a porcelain soaking tub and shower. The spacious bunk room sleeps six children. Downstairs, the theater room includes a wrap-around couch, large screen TV, and soundproof curtains. The lower floor also has a cozy king bedroom with an ensuite.
Additional amenities include a state-of-the-art in-home spa accessible from the main floor patio, featuring a sauna, steam room, and oversized hot tub with views of the San Sophia Range.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 12 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 4.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
