The fully equipped galley kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, and a breakfast bar, flowing into a dining area ideal for shared meals. The main suite offers a king bed, oversized windows, a flat-screen TV, and a private en suite. The second bedroom includes a double bunk setup, perfect for kids or extra guests. Both rooms feature fresh linens and updated mattresses for restful sleep. Modern updates include refinished floors, new living chairs, and a heated toilet seat. With a washer/dryer, high-speed internet, and thoughtful touches throughout, this home is a stylish retreat for families and adventurers alike.

Early check-in (between 1:00–3:00 PM), if available, is $100. Late check-out (up to 12:00 PM, depending on availability) is also $100. We will send a request for payment through the online travel agency.
Not used the elevation? No worries, we have an Oxygen Concentrator available to rent. This can really save your trip and make your ski experience even more amazing! Ask your caretaker for more details.
Home Truths
Seasonal: off-seasons (spring/fall) with limited local services. Check Gondola operating schedule for closing and opening dates.
Noise in Winter: Guests may hear the ski lift and snow-making machines operating at night during the winter season.
Weather/ski resort: While we want you to have the best experience possible, please understand that weather conditions and resort availability are outside our control. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for weather-related issues or ski resort closures.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect their trip. Our cancellation and refund policies apply in all circumstances, and we are unable to offer refunds for events outside of our control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, illness, flight delays or cancellations, road closures, or personal emergencies. Travel insurance can help cover these unforeseen situations and provide peace of mind.
Age Restriction: Primary renter must be 25 years or older.
Parking: Free parking for 1 vehicle only.
Ski-In/Ski-Out: Direct ski access is available, but trail openings depend on conditions—guests should check trail maps and snow reports.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property.
Nespresso Machine: There is a Nespresso maker in the home that accepts Vertuo pods only. Please bring or purchase your own if you would like to use it.
