”Staff was excellent! Love the Cinamon buns for breakfast! As I’m a picky eater never like muffins in hotel continental breakfasts. Thanks to Cinamon buns I had the breakfast at this hotel. Only thing we felt too warm in the night there was no way to regulate the heater so we opened the windows & we were fine. The TV didn’t work. My husband wanted to watch football on Christmas Day but he couldn’t on the TV. Other than it was an excellent stay! ”

”Wonderful location just a short walk or shuttle ride to gondola. Room was much more spacious and comfortable than expected. Bed was super cozy. The best part was our interactions with Oscar at the front desk. Not only was he professional, but he was so personable and is an excellent host for this property.”

”Luckily, we arrived at the property early so we could secure a parking spot in time. I can see this being difficult for those that don't get there early enough to find parking. The staff was INCREDIBLE. Everyone at the front desk was kind and helpful. It seriously was a joy staying here. The location was convenient, we enjoyed the hot tub, and loved how close it was to the gondola and downtown. Will definitely stay here again if I ever find myself back in Telluride :D ”
