”I really wanted to give this place high reviews, but unfortunately the great pluses this property has (amazing location right on the water and views) are negated by an overzelous and controling owner. Prepared to be scolded, warned and admonished for many things a paying costumer would not in other stablishments. I.e. do not take the kayak out in the beautiful bay because it could be damaged by the coral..are u serious? Why have a kayak on the property if it cant be used. Or, dont leave the AC...

”Stay away from this host. They are unethical and completely unreliable. We received a call 24 hours before check in to let us know they were double booked. We had received a confirmation when we booked and several communications from them even a few days before the stay. Then suddenly when we were preparing to travel to Moorea we learned they were accepting a reservation that came in after ours. I would not book at any of their properties unless you want to risk having to scramble at the last...

”We had a two-storey room with a sea view and it was really nice. The view was amazing over a black beach facing the island of Moorea. The service in the hotel was good. The restaurant was full on Friday and you have to take a taxi to get to Papeete so if you want to eat in the hotel make sure to make a table reservation in advance. The breakfast buffet was not much but as it was not included in our stay we preferred a la carte breakfast which was good and affordable. ”
