âBreakfast was excellent! Lots to choose from . Staff were really helpful & friendly. Just what we were looking for at Elm Grove lovely & relaxing place to stay âșïž lots of advice on places to see like caldey island which was amazing. â

âWe arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. â

âBeautiful, comfortable boutique hotel stay with exceptional staff. Marie was wonderful, acquainted us with the history of the Castle and the wonderful hotel amenities. She even assisted us with extending our stay. Canât wait to return for a summer visit! 5 star and a highlight of our South Wales adventure!â

âThe rooms were lovely, warm and clean. Having a dog bed and food bowls was a lovely touch. The fridge was useful and we have plenty of space. The bed was very comfy.
We really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the fried bread!! The staff were amazing, we wished we could have stayed longer! â
