You get the traditional riad feel even though it's quite new but plenty of authentic Moroccan charm which makes it really cosy and friendly. We were given an update on our original booking which was a bonus. The staff couldn't be more helpful with anything we wanted. ”Unfortunately, the accessibility information on the hotels.com page was a lie. The ramps to the pool area were so steep that, as a former Paralympic athlete, I couldn't get up them on my own. Also, the hotel's only public "disabled toilet" was strangely in the pool area and not at the reception. To get there, you had to go up a really steep ramp or a detour where the bushes scratched the wheelchair user. ”Extremely beautiful place! Everything so clean and well maintained, room beautiful, sea view to die for. Everybody working in hotel were extremely nice. Drinks were better than anywhere else in other all inc hotels. The only thing bothering me was very early dinner. It started at 1900 and buffet closed at 2130. If you had taken a'la carte they closed even earlier. Normally I would like to have my dinner at 2000. But then you were busy as they started clearing everything but desserts allready...

”Very nice all inclusive family hotel. We liked it so much that we extended our stay and invite family aswell:) Wifi is not very strong in the rooms, safety box in the room is other cost, and beach towel are under debosit 10e/towel aswell. We had two stolen from our yard, that was not nice. Mini club is great and they speak many language, and our 4 year loved it! Super nice hotel, deffenetly we will be back!”
