”The room was clean and attractive, and we appreciated having a Keurig coffee maker in the room. The continental breakfast in a pleasant dining area was very nice. The ladies who run this obviously care about the attractiveness of the rooms and the comfort of their guests. The only downside is that the view from the comfortable chairs outside the rooms was the parking lot. ”

”Lovely house with great wraparound porch and gorgeous plants & trees. The lilacs, which I love, were blooming which was absolutely delightful - so aromatic and beautiful! The bed was very comfy and the view of the town and water was joyful. There's a lovely art gallery, used bookstore, and plenty of dining options nearby. A very sweet couple manages the inn and they're excellent cooks - Captain Sawyer's breakfast was beyond delicious - one day it was just me and they served huevos rancheros...

”The room was not real large, but we had everything we needed. It was very quiet . The room and bathroom were very clean, well equipped, and the bed was comfortable with nice linens. I really appreciated the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. I was a little disappointed with the continental breakfast. There was nothing to eat for anyone watching sugar intake. The cereals offered were geared more to children like Lucky Charms and Fruit Loops. Please consider offering one item that is not heavy...

”Caroline, the proprietress of the Victorian by the Sea, is a delightful hostess. The inn itself is lovely and beautifully maintained, with colorful, well-tended gardens. Our beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast was also delicious, served in a beautiful room with a view of the sea. ”

”We loved this place. Beautiful new rooms with full fridge/freezer and k-cup coffee machine. Porch all around the building was so nice to have to breakfast and take-out dinner. The breakfast at this b&b were fantastic. You have a choice of three things the night before and they deliver to your room in the morning. We ate on the porch overlooking the harbor. 2 minute walk to town and shops and restaurants. No car needed once you’re there. Loved it. mark who took care of us was fantastic!”

”We were traveling with our adult daughter and Abigail’s Inn offered a queen room with a separate adjoining smaller room with a twin bed. Perfect for our needs. David and Steven were more like our hosts than merely property owners. They personally served gourmet breakfasts every morning of our stay. I would highly recommend Abigail’s Inn and I would happily stay there again.”

”Lovely roomy inn in South Bristol, Maine on Christmas cove. The hosts Alex a nd Freddy were very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious with a private full bath. There is a tower you can go up to via several staircases to an amazing view overlooking the water and pine trees. The made to order breakfasts were delicious. Lots of beverages available at anytime. We had some nice conversations. They are still remodeling and redecorating some areas from their new owership a year ago. ”
