”We stayed for 6 nights. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice that you could choose your breakfast from the menu to be delivered to your room. The location is really good, close to the main attractions.
However, the room was not sound proof as was advertised and in fact we woke up every morning to the noise coming from the corridor.
Also, the room was missing a cupboard for clothes.
For hygiene, I would have liked the towels to be changed when they were left on the floor.”

”I needed a place to spend the night in Catania before taking a bus to Milazzo, and Palazzo Bicocca was perfect. The rooms are clean and have everything you need and its within a quick walk to so many great restaurants and my favorite wine bar.”
”This hotel is newer and in a nice location, within walking distance of many eating areas and shopping. The only drawback currently is they’re working on the road so it can be a little noisy, but other than that everything was great and the staff were welcoming. ”

”We really enjoyed our stay at Etna Suite. Everything worked well, we have nothing to complain about! Staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was good and plentiful, room was neat and bed good and the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Catania. Extra thanks to car parking which worked perfectly, the car was even driven by the staff in the small parking lot which made it very convenient. We recommend this hotel!”

”Had a fantastic 4 night stay at this B&B! We had the desert room which was clean and very quiet. Rooms and bathroom were very modern. Safe neighborhood, we walked at night with no issues. Parking was on the street (free). Amenities include: mini bar fridge, hair blow drier, kettle, mugs and shampoo/soap. Francesco the host was very friendly, warm and accommodating! ”Room was very clean and the location was near the attractions which I was interested. There was no particular view from my room but the other rooms had a view to the square.”

”Wonderful apartment in Catania, walking distance to the centre. Very clean and everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Great communication and coordinated a driver (additional cost) from the airport who we used again to take us back. ”

”The hotel is very beautiful and made us smile just looking at it. The breakfast was tasty, but if you don't like to eat sweet pastries for breakfast, it might not be good, but we enjoyed it. The room was great and clean and the staff was nice. The location is perfect. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. ”
