They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday. ”This house exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic time staying there and exploring it. It was very centrally located for day trips and we were available to explore the Umbria region which was also wonderful and better than we expected. One suggestion I would make is that directions for access to the internet and how to work the air conditioning could be included in a welcome booklet. Thanks Richard”

”Wir hatten eine großartige Woche mit drei Familien und insgesamt acht Kindern. Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind super. Wir konnten mit 14 Personen gemütlich auf der Terrasse sitzen. Der Pool war perfekt und die sieben Badezimmer ein toller Luxus. Die Klimaanlagen sorgen auch bei heißen Tagen für eine angenehme Temperatur im Haus.Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls super!100% Weiterempfehlung!!!”

Gli spazi interni sono ampi e ben distribuiti, permettendo a tutti di godere della vacanza senza sentirsi mai stretti. Anche le aree comuni sono vivibili e perfette per momenti di condivisione.Il giardino è davvero bello, ben tenuto e la piscina...
