”Reception was friendly and helpful. Room was very big and kind of retro style. Breakfast room was crowded and a bit difficult to use when there were a lot of people. Location is about 3-4km from the city centre, but you can find restaurants, cafés and a supermarket just around the hotel. Also self service laundry is right next to the hotel. One negative (that couldn't be quickly found out on the hotel description) was the use of the pool. Pool is a part of SPA services and that means you'll have...

”We had an absolutely beautiful, spacious corner room with huge windows, big bathroom with a window too and a lovely balcony with 2 chairs and a little table. Loved it! The restaurant and loggia had a lovely atmosphere and the dinner we had there was fantastic. Daniele fulfilled all our requests. We hope to return to this picturesque medieval town some day and would definitely stay in this charming hotel again.”

”Nice outdoor terrace with 4 jacuzzi and great view. Very nice and polite bar girl in terrace.Also reception girls are very polite. Small, safe and quiet village. Quiet and good rooms. Nice pools and many different saunas.Free bicycle rental. Only problems came on breakfast. ”We got upgraded to a suite which was a very nice surprise. The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful and they have clearly renovated the rooms recently. The pool area is nice with amazing views over the nearby hills.
The restaurant in the hotel was not the best for dinner, price and value did not meet there. Breakfast is standard Italian buffet.”
