Overall, the stay was good and everything turned out okay. However, it would have been helpful to be notified ahead of time that the elevator was not working due to ongoing renovations. My daughter recommended this place since she goes to school nearby, and it is a decent option. The staff was pleasant ...

The accommodations were fine but we had a room next to the lobby. The people working the front desk would come and go through a door next to the desk and let it slam shut each time. This made it hard to get any decent sleep. They also talked very loud. Probably okay if you're not near the lobby.
