The village of Tisens (Italian: Tesimo) is idyllically situated in the Adige Valley between Bolzano and Merano on a sun-drenched hill and is a paradise for hikers, mountain bikers, nature lovers and those seeking relaxation.

At the edge of the village - embedded between a beautiful garden and the towering mountains - you will find Residenz Kronstein with the 36 m2 holiday apartment "Residenz Kronstein - FeWo 9" on the top floor.



The very comfortably furnished apartment has a living room with sofa, a cosy hall with dining area and a well-equipped kitchenette with hob, coffee machine and a fridge/freezer, a bedroom with a queen-size bed as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers space for 2 persons.



The facilities also include Wi-Fi, a television with cable and satellite connection, heating, a baby cot and a high chair.



Outside there is a nice, large balcony at your disposal. The view into the mountains is indescribably beautiful and lets you forget the hectic pace of everyday life quickly.



There is also a community garden with sunbeds and garden furniture, as well as a community laundry room with washing machine and dryer.



Sporting activities such as hiking or cycling start right at your front door, and there is also a supermarket and several restaurants on site (3 min walk).

And for winter sports fans: the entrance to the Merano 2000 ski area is only 18 km away, the drive takes less than half an hour.



Guests of the residence get free entrance to the open-air swimming pool of Tisens.



Parking spaces are available on the property.

Motorbikes and bicycles can be stored.
