”Was not provided with an access code. When I managed to contact the property manager they claimed no personal information was forwarded to them, ie; phone number or email from Expedia. I had to enlist the help of a nearby business to contact them 3 hours after the check in time.
If Expedia doesn’t forward details why would you continue to use them as booking agents.
Property was close enough to train station and quite location, front door was often not secured from the street ”

”Stayed in the 'Dunlin room'
Very poor lighting in the corridor. Wallpaper patched up poorly in the corridor by the bedrooms. Noisy extractor fan in our bathroom. Breakfast a little underwhelming, (overdone bacon and chewy sausage. Staff very attentive and polite. No signal on the tv celestial channels on two days. Limited bathroom amenities. Cobwebs on the windows in the breakfast area. ”

”Parking was very good. We DID NOT STAY there due to the fact it is a SHARED TOILETS! We booked alternative accommodation at great expense! I REPORTED THIS TO YOU ON SUNDAY 29th March. The room was misold due advertised for holiday use and it's only an over priced Doss house. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!”

”It's such a shame because the Rose Cottage is in a great location but it was very tired and could do with a proper up grade. Cobwebs everywhere which I didn't mind but when I went to use cutlery, saucepans, glass jar they were dirty and I had to clean them. There's no dishwasher so maybe the previous people that stayed didn't know how to wash up by hand and the cleaner didn't check. Also the fridge wasn't turned on and took a long time to get cold meaning no cold beers with our dinner. I...
