”This holiday inn was okay. The price was great for a weekend but the hotel is a little rundown. Only one elevator so expect to wait. The pool and hot tub were good as was the breakfast. The location is great...walking distance to whitecap beach.”

”Right across the street from beach access. Close to restaurants and stores on the island. The rooms have a small kitchen with a dishwasher, plates and utensils. The room was clean. Parking is kind of tight but not a deal breaker. Customer service was excellent. The free breakfast was your typical hotel free breakfast fair. Room and facilities were clean. Good value.”

”This place was so terrible that we only stayed for one out of the two nights we paid for. We would have left before night one but it was already late in the day and we had a 3 hour drive back home. The room was so run down, broken faucet, there were crackers and food crumbs that fell off of the sleeper sofa when we were setting that up, the hallways and carpet were disgusting, the front desk staff were so rude, there was mold in several areas including our room. The location is fantastic,...

”While the exterior of the property looked well kept the interior had issues. The pool was closed for renovation which was noted by staff upon arrival. However the room levels hallway carpet was dirty and smelled of mold. Room cleanliness was okay but needs updating. Water lines broke in elevator hallway causing ceiling tiles to fall on floors and we're unable to offer breakfast service due to water issue. Will not return to this property unless it undergoes a renovation.”

”Room was just that. No mini fridge. Shower sprayed everywhere including over the shower curtain. It was broken.”

”There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel.”

”The AC was out and so the room got super hot. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Neighbors were load, drinking and smoking in their rooms and outside. Never again will I use this place.”

”Our room stunk like pee. they could only spray something on the carpet, it did not help. Would not let us change rooms, could only get a refund. Never again.”
