”Great hotel. From the moment we arrived to check out, the staff were top rate - every single person encountered was pleasant, smiley, not just willing, but wanting, to help make the stay better. Could not ask for more. We booked an exec room and was on the 20th floor. Amazing views. Big room, really comfortable bed, big bathroom, top quality amenities. There's a great coffee shop on the ground floor, as well as the buffet breakfast area. Nightclub in the basement but that did not affect us....

”Only here for a night. Obstacle course to get to the hotel from the airport terminal. Wish they had mentioned that so I could have accepted the paid pickup. But once I got to the hotel it was like entering a haven. Everything about the place was wonderful. This is the second IHG Express I have stayed at this year. The first at Melbourne City & now Kolkata & both of equal standard. Generous room size. Great amenities. I enjoyed everything about both hotels & shall look for them in my future...
