”We had some room charges for food and spa. We signed the receipt which included taxes and service fees for each right after them. When we checked out, these were included in our room charges, and then taxes and fees were added again.
Tax on taxes?
Service fees on service fees?
I insisted they be removed and they did so reluctantly.
I wonder how many others noticed this ?”

”The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond so you have the best time!
You can chat with them on WhatsApp, which is a game changer because if you need anything they will always be there to help you.
You can get your laundry organised with them. You can get Grab orders sent to the lobby and there will be someone there to mind it for you. Every staff member was helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. You could also arrange for airport transport to and from the hotel.
We really...

”The room size is ok, the bed is comfy and it would have been the best sleep we had if it’s not because of the noise from the corridor. The rooms on one floor are near and if you have noisy neighbours who do not like to close their doors or not considerate, it would be annoying. However the staff are very helpful and polite. The breakfast spread is also quite good and they have offer daily specials, cooked eggs to your likings, etc.”

”This is a charming, heritage themed boutique hotel in the heart of Old Quarter, outside the door you are in the middle of local, colorful buzz with vendors, restaurants, bars, crazy traffic.
Buffet breakfast was included in the price and had a fun combo of local & western items. Skybar is beautiful and views magnificent. Didn't try the restaurant for lunch/dinner.
Airport transportation could also be arranged and different excursions etc. as well. Staff was very attentive, helpful and...
