”The lobby smelled like farts. The first time I smelled it I assumed someone had just farted in the lobby, but then I realized it always smells that way. You really need to hold your breath until you get to the elevator. I booked a room with a sofa, and spent extra money for that, and my room didn't have a sofa; I got one of the cheaper rooms, but spent more money for it. Also, the lobby staff doesn't arrive until 9 am, and I needed to leave at 8....there is no key drop....so I'm not sure how...

”The staff was friendly, but we didn't get room service any of the days we stayed (we were there 4 nights and did not ever have a do not disturb sign on the door). By the third day we were promised our room would get cleaned but it never did. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, the pool was indoor and nice.”

”Pictures showed a chess board and checkers board for entertainment. Neither were there. Bathrooms are extremely small. Breakfast ended early each day, so we had slim pickings. Good selection of apps and channels on the tv. Cool dinosaur fossils everywhere and murals in the back of the hotel.”

”I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!!”
