”I’d like to say I loved the area and the room itself but as we passed multiple homeless and arrived to our heavily sanitized room that reeked for days somewhere between bleach and garbage I realized this probably wasn’t the best idea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. And the hotel itself isn’t too far to get around downtown. We would’ve changed the room but had no time. We had plans set for the entirety of the weekend and our room was the last worry on my list. Maybe it was garbage...

”We loved the room, the beds were so soft and comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and didn’t feel crowded when taking a shower or using it. The breakfast was very good and not expensive. The price was average on what you would pay elsewhere and the staff was so sweet and helped my granddaughter pick out a meal she would like and even made her scrambled eggs. ”The hotel is a bit older but well maintained and was actually getting new carpeting while we were there. Our room service everyday was excellent. Only complaint would be no full length mirror in the room. Other than that, excellent.”

”I suggested to the staff they leave an "information sheet" in each room with information like breakfast hours, etc. Also a pad of paper and pen would have been useful. I also would have appreciated a clock. Very nice hotel!”

”Our room didn’t seem very clean. We had a ripped sheet, missing toilet paper roll holder, big clumps of hair were on the shower walls, and the pool was slippery. It has a lot of potential.”

”The hotel was tired , old and very unappealing. The last time I stayed in one was 30 years ago. I don't think the rugs have been changed since then and seldom cleaned.My room was next to the elevator and the ice making machine and very noisy all night long. The door must've been paper thin because I could hear people who were not even talking that loud. I knew if I had a phone call everyone in the hall will hear my talking. In a word, cheap. Definitely not worth the price”

”This was a wonderful stay starting with an excellent breakfast to popcorn in the afternoon ending with happy hour with drinks and so much food you wouldn't even need to go to supper. All of that was amazing. My grandson and I are gym people, and the gym is very small. I was fine as there was an elliptical available to me every morning. My grandson was disappointed as they weights were minimal and did not go up to the weight he lifts, also not enough area or any other equipment that we are used...

”Enjoyed my stay here. The property is in a very nice neighborhood with nearby restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and the staff was nice. I would definitely stay here again.”
