”Room attendant not available, couldn't turn off A/C fan, requested 2 blankets (one had yellow stain - urine or semen?), hand to ask for towels as only 2 towels and 2 washclothes for 3 pax, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 3 pax, 2 night stay. All things, except for the blankets required going to front desk, no one available to deliver to room, when bartender was asked for a small cup of ice, you thought we were asking for the moon (very negative response). ”Our bed had pizza sauce on it when we arrived. We called the front desk, but it took hours for them to reach housekeeping, who never came. Eventually we were given a new room, but housekeeping did not come the following day either. Overall, there seemed to be little to no service anywhere in the hotel, and the property felt poorly maintained and unclean.”

”The relationship between price and quality was not the best. The hotel is not a three star rating but deserves only two star rating. However, judging by the guests, the hotel was quite popular among locals. Breakfast was every morning the same and it differed considerably from a European breakfast. It included bagel, roll, bun, wafer, yoghurt, apple/orange, cerials, minced beef, fried egg, coffee and juice. Overall the hotel was shabby and the cleaning level was not very good. Wifi worked well...
