”We were there three days. Never saw the cleaning staff. Said they would do a daily light clean - never happened never got garbage, never gave us fresh towels, never gave us additional coffee cups. Don't like the shower, no where to set your foot when shaving legs.also, we arrived a few hours early and simply asked if a room might already be available. We were told we have to pay an extra $30 to go into a room before the stated checkin time. Just not customer oriented.”

”When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!”

”Really nice resort close enough to everything in Austin. Loved everything - room was beautiful, pools were so clean and had excellent drink service, on site restaurants were delicious. Loved relaxing with a glass of wine looking over the golf course. 10/10”

”Hotel Viata goes out of their way to accommodate guests- in every way possible Not only is the hotel gorgeous- but located in beautiful setting among the hills. So appreciated my 2 stays at the hotel!! And plan to be back there again. ”

”For what you pay for the balcony and lake view isn’t worth is rooms run down, no hot water and dirty not updated balcony. The restaurant on property we went to for three days was awful service even when only people in restaurant. Way over priced for the pack of service Very disappointing”

”We stayed there before a few years ago and everything was fine. This time the property was run down and not exactly clean. Upon checking in the staff was fine. But once we went down to tell them we were checking out and wanted a refund, everything changed. They were rude. A lady standing next to me needing to ask a question was completely ignored. Is she allowed out a little whistle, and the manager around the corner and out of sight, said "was that a whistle, how rude!" and still did not...

”The room had a terrible mode problem. The first room they tried to put us in. They were kind of rude when it came down to understanding my frustrations honestly charge for a $50 deposit that should not have been charged if you ask me with the conditions of the room overall I have no idea how they’re still open.”
