”The guy that checked us in was very rude. The pillows were paper thin and the shower was an absolute geyser of water. But the room did not smell of cigarettes which was awesome! And the AC was great and if you can play some white noise on your phone to drown out the fire alarm constantly beeping in the hallway, then you’ll be great!”

”I was stuck for my connecting flight going into Charlotte due to Hurricane Arthur. I could not get the desk to pick up.. I notified the third party booking agent as soon as I could and they were able to contact the property for me however Wyngate was not willing to change the date of my reservation by one day. I would have gladly stayed with them when my flight came on.. I had travel insurance and on my end this did not cost me anything but I feel like travelers should be aware that the property...
