”Late arrival and was given an occupied room. I had to go two times to the lobby until the occupant called. Second try, the door to the room was open. Third try I was downgraded to only one bed, first floor with a broken window taped together. The room had trash from previous guest inside. I also saw two or three non—guests wondering the area. I should request a full refund!”

”The electric power was off for about 10 hours, the temperature was 100°F, without the a/c for 10 hours, no light, no breakfast, so dark & hot. Every business suppose have a back up power. But no body can do anything. The carpet is dirty. The same boring breakfast everyday. We could get refund since our booking through third party, Expedia:(”

”The front office staff were helpful and courteous, but the facility is in disrepair and ill-repair. The elevator was not working, the central courtyard was likely beautiful in years gone by, but is now overgrown. The pool is drained. The room was dirty with a previous occupants dried food on the table, the phone was dirty, there was hair in the tub. The shower curtain did not come down to the tub side so water drenched the floor during a shower. The bathroom floor was dirty. There were homeless...
