”In my opinion, this hotel is a reasonable place to stay for the price - just be prepared that you may not get a shuttle and that the staff are not very attentive. We signed up for the 5am shuttle at when we arrived in the lobby at 4:50pm, we were informed that the shuttle had already left and that we should have been down 20 minutes earlier. We were not told that, and if the 5:00am shuttle is actually the 4:40am shuttle, then why not call it that to reduce confusion? There are only six spots...

”Our fridge didn’t really work, the staff barely spoke to us, the room had this nasty smell that wasn’t mildew but dirty unwashed. The elevator button only works sometimes and the gym wasn’t available. The staff however was nice enough to store our ice cream. ”

”Overall great experience. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had family above us and heard stomping all throughout the night. Rooms also get very cold & the blankets on the beds are think and sheet-like. ”

Breakfast could be improved by offering dairy/lactose-free milk options, real fruit jelly (without high fructose corn syrup), wheat bread, and oranges. I avoided all cooked/baked items because no ingredient list was offered, and I have food allergies. ”
