”The breakfast was par for a free hotel breakfast, but the facility was clean, all in good working order. The hot tub is set to 98 degrees, a Best Western policy per the front desk person, which is NOT warm enough. I would stay there again, but would not bother with the hot tub. ”

”I read the reviews before I made the reservation. I cant believe they were about the same place. The room is basic . Clean. Towels are cheap and worn. The room had a vague cigarette smell. The front desk staff were just ok. Not rude, but not necessarily friendly. It was ok for the price. But I wont be back.”

”Nice hotel for one night stay. Located near IAH and good price/quality ratio were main reason for us to choose this hotel. Room was clean and big enough for family of five.”

”I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's extremely noisy and inconvenient located.The price of the rooms are ridiculous for the terrible service I encountered. I had to change rooms multiple times and was even sent to a room already occupied by another guest. Their rooms have mold and the TVs don't work properly. I wasn't even able to watch any channels on the TV and had to use my laptop and HDMI cable to watch my shows. The housekeeping staff is exceptionally rude. They don't actually...
