”Clean room, ocean view, nice pools and outdoor bar”

”For $500 a night plus a daily $40 resort fee, it was a little ridiculous that they didn’t have a section of seating on the beach reserved for resort guests. If you want loungers and umbrellas, you were expected to pay a third party to rent them. Compared to the other resorts I’ve stayed at, this one was not worth the cost, won’t stay there again.”

”Valet service is not really required as the communication from the Property led us to believe. We were told at check in that self-parking was available across the street. We did that and never had trouble finding a spot. The Bellhop service was excellent and offered good advice on several items. Pool was very good with lots of seating available. ”I cannot say enough about The Loutrel. It was recommended by my daughter who stayed there last year. She said it was a hotel to remember and she was spot on! From the moment we walked in it felt special graced with Southern hospitality. The lobby/gathering area & bar was so beautifully decorated with so much natural light. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room and all common areas were so clean and spacious with large windows letting in natural light. The extras are the bomb!...
