”For the overall cost, even at an overnight stay, the room quality should match the cost spent. There shouldn’t be broken light fixtures that are taped, electrical tape around the wall, hard water buildup on the shower head, mold/mildew in the shower, dusty fans/lighting fixtures/AC vents, non-working TV in the bedroom (documented by previous guests in the guest book), mold/built up dust in the corners, and unpatched holes in the wall.”

”The view was great as well as the layout of the condo. AC worked perfectly and the bed was extremely comfortable. That being said I need to bring up the negative…it is in need of some minor repairs as well as a deep cleaning. I did reach out to the management company to make them aware of my concerns.”

”no place to hang clothes, no extra towels under bathroom sink, no place to plug toaster oven or hotplate in”

”We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and vry close to the beach. However, the apartment needed a great deal of work. 1) The air conditioner is on its last leg. The apartment was so humid that my metal head band rusted and I noticed that other things in the apartment were rusted. ”Really enjoyed staying here!”

”Everything about this condo was perfect! It was clean, steps from the beach & pool, had everything we needed and more to make our stay great & the host was in constant communication with us! It was so nice to have chairs & umbrellas available to use, the bed was very comfortable & the AC kept us cool too! Definitely recommend!”

”My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was clean, at a great location, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking for two people for the week. We are so glad we decided to stay, and was a great budget-friendly stay for a spring beach trip.”

”We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. The location was fabulous—close enough to walk around at night to nearby bars and restaurants, but the unit itself was still quiet and felt very safe. We don’t drink, but we still enjoyed being able to walk over in the evening and grab some finger foods and enjoy the atmosphere. The unit was clean and comfortable, everything worked as expected, and the bed was especially comfortable. The ocean view was beautiful, and even the little...

”The railing between the balcony and neighbor's balcony is missing, and is intentionally hidden in the photos. Also has roaches. Bathroom sink was clogged. Management is AI and gives automated responses but does nothing.”

”The property was very close to downtown and very convenient. We were traveling for work and were impressed with the cleanliness of the unit along with the location…. Thanks”
