”This is the oldest continuously operating inn in the U.S. The floors are somewhat slanted and have beautiful boards, often original. The Arms is in the middle of the village.”

”Property is under construction but it wasn't noisy or disruptive to my stay. Mobile check-in was convenient and efficient. Room was tidy and recently remodeled - you can tell they're putting effort into updates. Clean, comfortable, and good value despite the work-in-progress exterior.”

”Our one night stay was quiet and comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was late April so there was no activity on the property and I did not meet with any staff members. The communication regarding room access was excellent. I would recommend this property and will stay here again when visiting the Catskills.”

”It is a lovely facility. The staff is kind and helpful. We had some confusion on checking in, I had apparently booked a room without a private bath or closet. As we were there to attend a wedding, I wanted my own bathroom and a place to hang our "dressup" clothes. They were able to change our room and accomodate us.”

For both of us, the tapas dinner and breakfast options were top notch! We would highly recommend it and would return again if the fishing calls us back to the area.”
