”It's one of the best priced properties available. That being said, it's an older building with older furnishings and an older bathroom and kitchen. Everything worked fine, but it won't be either fancy or modern.”

The staff was so kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and kindness of the staff.”

”I cannot rate anything accurately other than the check in experience because i could not get in the property. I booked unit 205 via Expedia and was switched to 207 by the property. I did not noticed the change and my reservation with Expedia was never changed to 207. I headed to unit 205 with a code to enter for unit 207. My family and i stood in the street for about 45min under the sun in an area that is quite sketchy. I tried to contact Expedia and the property mgmt. The number provided gets...

”The room was very clean, towels were really plush, bed and pillows were plush and comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night and location was fabulous and very safe in a very upscale neighborhood. The only quirky thing was the bathroom door in the room was a sliding barn door made out of frosted glass with no lock, so the bathroom was not private if you are staying with your children, etc.”

”Property feels brand new, very clean. Would definitely stay there again when in town. They do seem to be working out the “kinks”. We needed towels and hand soap in the bathroom and getting more than 1 of each was like we were asking for a free night. The suite (akin to a junior suite at most other hotels) was great, the outdoor space was a fantastic bonus. However the room came with a sleeper sofa. Took two nights to actually get sheets and a comforter for it and then housekeeping never...

”Parking is $32/day and the off site lot is 2 blocks from hotel down a steep hill. Halls are smelly and hot. Tiny rooms have constant weird sounds from plumbing?? Pillows are devoid of any fill. Mini fridge didn't work. Clearly, Hilton now has Motel 6 standards.”

”When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price.”
