”Everything was handled perfectly and it always is. We have stayed there a number of times and are always completely satisfied.”

”Staff were friendly. We were only there for one night and spent most of the night at a concert. Room was infested with ants and had a strong mildew smell. The beds don’t have mattress covers, so we slept on top of the blankets. It did the job for the single night, but wouldn’t have put up with it had we needed to stay for longer. Parking was easy so that was a plus!”

”The Goodwin is a shell of its former self. Bar is not open on Sundays or Mondays, breakfast was worse than a Comfort Inn. Zero amenities. The Valet staff was wonderful. The rest of the staff was next to useless. Asked for 1 hour late check out and was just summarily told no.”

”We stayed for a week earlier this month and truly enjoyed the experience From Christina to the front desk to the folk who attended to our room, we couldn't ask for better The newly renovated rooms was so nicely done that I even remarked that I that want that in our new home. Loved the comfort of the desk chair** Linens were high end .Met the owner during our stay-- so nice to be family owned instead of a chain,”

”The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is updating to be more currant and up to Wyndham resorts standards. Great price for the night with Breakfast and shuttle to and from airport. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. If you don’t mind a bit of an aged room ( decore) but great customer service….this place is it. Going to be really great once everything is updated.”

”First off, when you drive up to the place you can't even tell it's a hotel. It looks like an abandoned parking lot and site. There are no signs stating it's a Ramada on the building. When you walk in, the lobby is empty, no artwork, no clean carpets or seating just empty space. Then further down you see a seating area with a super dirty brown couch and an even dirtier beige carpet that is stained. The snacks area has barely any snacks to buy, the breakfast is HORRIBLE and cheap to say the least,...

”They advertise pets stay free but I was charged for both my dogs I’ve stayed in other hotels that are pet friendly and are super clean this property was not even one of the beds smelled like pee couldn’t sleep people where playing loud music at all times it was a very unpleasant stay”
