”Staff was interested more in selling timeshare then our stay”

”Close to beach”

”Resort was nice. Great location and access to beach. The pool was a bit small. The only con is that there were no attendants near pool or lazy river. There was kids hogging tubes and doing dangerous silly things with no one to stop them or manage.”

”Overall it was a good trip. We stayed about a week. The only concern was when they can to clean out room, they forgot to put bags back in the trash cans so we just had to throw out trash away in the empty can, another thing was they took our body wash and never brought it back. Luckily we had brought some so we didn’t need theirs, but the principle around it agitated me.”

”AMAZING staff especially the lady that check me in and out. Breakfast, the service was on point when we need towels and wash clothes. Less than 3 minutes each time. Room very clean and bed slept great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to my friends and family!!! Thanks Fairfield for making our stay wonderful!”

”The room was clean and spacious. The parking garage is a bit far from the hotel and it is inconvenient to walk with little kids.”

”The breakfast bar was the worse I've ever experienced. I was there multiple days and it was equally as bad every morning. Eggs were cold, Coffee cold and horrible, very dirty and never had any forks. You pay that much money for a room you expect better than that. Very disappointing. Rooms also need upgrading. No USB ports near beds and only 1 receptacle that was being used for the lamp.”

”Location is great. Overall stay was good Some issues we had: • Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit. • The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure. • There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do.”

”Room was decently clean , but probably because I complained before hand I booked the hotel before reading reviews like an idiot and when I saw they were so terrible and tried to cxl my booking bc of that they got all pissed off and was rude in their response. The amenities are trash the fridge barely stayed cold and the one AC unit they put in the room BEHIND the bed lol didn't cool the room off hardly at all. They do in fact have a roach problem. No ice machine you have to buy a bag from them...

”Great hotel. Great amenities.. A short drive to anywhere you want to get to. Very nice staff. I would def come back and refer this hotel to others.”

”The condo was as advertised with beautiful ocean views. The pools were great with a lazy river and hot tub! Both bedrooms had their on suite bathroom which is a plus for families.”
